How do I scan an image?
Allow camera access, choose your channel from Channels, then point your camera at a participating image. Keep the whole image visible in good light. If the image is on another screen, reduce glare and give it a plain dark surround.
Images are meant to be discovered in the real world; there is no gallery of scan targets in the app.
My video won’t load or play.
Check your internet connection, tap Refresh and scan again. Larger videos take longer to download. Once the video appears, tap it or Full screen to keep watching while moving your phone away from the image. Use the sound control if the video is muted.
Where are the business buttons?
Call, Directions, Website and Email appear when the publisher has provided that information. Directions lets you choose driving or walking. Calls, email and map features open the appropriate app on your phone.
How do I change camera access?
On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, find SpaCityTV and enable Camera. You can turn access off there at any time.
